Main tasks of the Frame & Body Team are the construction, calculation and production of the full carbon monocoque and all the connection to power train, suspension and the electric system.
Furthermore we are responsible for the design of the shape of the vehicle and align our ideas with the Formula Student rules and regulations regarding measurements, safety regulations and material requirements.
Our goals are the maximum utilization of the rules, weight optimization with high rigidity, the integration of the battery changing system, an excellent work space for the driver with all information and control elements as well as the best possible connection to all other vehicle parts. On top we take care of a good processing, color design and visual appearance of the car.
