From June 12 to 14, 2012 two of our team members were invited by cenit AG to join the 3D experience forum by Dassault Systems in Mannheim.
Early Morning it was time for Marcel Zeisberg and Carolin Karger to load the FP511e “eGon” into the transporter and drive to Mannheim after lunch.
Our personal highlight happened on the second day, where Marcel Zeisberg held a presentation about “ construction and production of a Formula Student Monocoque with the help of CATIA V5 Composite Design”. He started by presenting our team and the project Formula Student. Then a detailed explanation of the construction of our fiber-reinforced monocoque, the use of CATIA and the production of the monocoque followed. All visitors were impressed by his presentation.
